Dumingag OPLAN Amuma Executive Director Ronel Cabilan led the activity, which included 53IB Bravo “Boulders” Company Commander 1Lt. Niel Kim Garcia, MHO Dra. Jukanra Panugao, Dr. Reynaldo Vasquez, Ditulan Barangay Chairwoman Vilma Repaso, and BFP, PNP, and Municipal Planning and Development Office representatives.

Free visitation check-ups, operation tuli, dental missions, distribution of free medicines, distribution of food packs containing rice and canned goods, distribution of uniforms, free haircuts, and a lecture on the CAAs’ Individual Scorecard were among the activities for the Better Life: Adopt-a-CAFGU Program.

The Adopt-a-CAFGU Project is part of the 53IB’s effort to strategically promote the Army’s transformation into a world-class organization that will be a source of national pride by 2028, as outlined in the Army Transformation Roadmap (ATR).
