In a formal ceremony held at command headquarters in John C. Stennis Space Center in South Mississippi, Philippine Navy personnel completed the US Special Operations Command’s Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS) as Semester 21-5 graduates.

NAVSCIATTS Cmdr. Don Speights and Capt. Salvador Henry Quinto, the Philippine Defense and Armed Forces Attaché to the United States, were the host and keynote speaker, respectively, as they presented diplomas to 49 security force professionals from the Bahamas, Bangladesh, Guyana, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.

NAVSCIATTS trains and educates foreign special operations, combat support, and combat service support forces across the tactical, operational, and strategic spectrums through in-residence and mobile training team iterations.
