The Tactical Operations Wing Southern Luzon (TOWSOL) and Tactical Operations Group 4 (TOG 4) personnel, led by Maj. Philippides B. Jimenez PAF, TOG 4 Deputy Group Commander, and Maj. Ma Ailyn Binasoy PAF, TOWSOL Director for CMO, went to the Philippine Red Cross Lucena Chapter for the ICOW TOWSOL Pre-Anniversary bloodletting activity.

The participants in the activity contributed 25 bags of blood, or 11,250 cubic centimeters of blood. They were given a color-coded Blood Donor Card, which tracks their donations and acts as a concrete reminder of their contributions, which aids the Philippine Red Cross mission of saving lives.

Personnel from the 32nd Air Force Group Reserve and the 404th Community Defense Center also took part. This effort strives to ensure that the province has enough, sustainable, and safe blood for patients who require it.
