PCG rescues passengers of distressed speedboat in Zambales

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) on Sunday (October 24, 2021) has rescued 12 passengers, including one minor, of a distressed speedboat at the vicinity waters off Camara Island, San Antonio, Zambales.

According to the rescued individuals, their watercraft accidentally hit a rock formation when they encountered big waves.

The said incident pierced the hull of the speedboat.

They were securely transported to Barangay Pundaquit in San Antonio, Zambales, and handed over to their family.
