The said arrested CNT member also disclosed the location of firearms and war materiel of his comrades during the process of the investigation. Troops were able to recover two M16, two M14 rifles and an anti-personnel Improvised Explosive Device.

The Army leadership lauded the 31IB and the PRO 5 for their successful joint operation that resulted in the arrest of CNT member and recovery of war materiel in Legazpi City. — PA
